This past weekend we planted our first crops in our new vegetable beds. We planted: Green Leaf Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce, Kale, Collard Greens, Broccoli, C-C Cucumber (a small Asian variety), Radishes and Parsley. Some of the veggies should be ready to harvest by Thanksgiving and the rest by mid-December.

These yellow daisies are taller than me!
These daisies are some of the few plants that we kept from the old garden.
